What is our team all about?

Giving

Our team is all about helping people succeed in reaching their health and fitness goals and we do that by giving. We give our time, our knowledge, our resources, our motivation, our accountability, we GIVE! I bet you’re thinking, “Wait, I thought I’d be able to make a little money at this too?” You will, trust me. But you will never be a successful Beachbody coach if you make your business about getting, instead shift your focus to giving and the making money part will take care of itself!

The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy and The Go Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann.

Here is an overview of what can help you be successful from both of them.

Expect your business to succeed and it will! Expect people to say yes and they will! Expect life to be good and it will!

1.The Law of Value: Exceed people’s expectations. Give them more because you love to. Make giving your way of life.

2. The Law of Compensation: Sometimes you feel foolish, even look foolish, do it anyway.

3. The Law of Influence: Givers attract which is how they’re magnetic. Develop a network of people who know you like you and trust you. These are people personally invested in seeing you succeed. Make your goal to watch out for the other person and make your win about the other person. Forget win win where you are concerned about you winning. Instead shift your focus entirely to them winning.

4. The Law of Authenticity: Add value to what you’re selling. I’m here to sell you on you. You are your most important commodity. Foundation of people skills is who you are.

5. The Law of Receptivity: The law of receptivity. Choosing to receive in like measure. Don’t shut down the other’s ability to give. Open to receive. Big dreams, believe in yourself.
